MIYANO BND34S2 PROBLEM

Please help me to remove machine alarm!! This is a Fanuc series OT machine.
While on line production, machine stopped and machine alarm indicator lit on, we already done these items:
1. check turret - ok
2. check sensor - ok
3. machine movement - ok
4. Check diagnostic data

status:
0 bit must be 0, then there is alarm 1, according to manual it is main turret servo unit alarm. How to resolve this problem? what part need to change

Had the problem yesterday on a BND 51. The gearbox for the turret was worn out.
