need help

Hi. During my CNC lathe setting controlled by mach3 software. there is problem.I have put in t0202s1200, I can see spindle indicator change. when I press spindle speed button spindle starts and toolpost turns,but does not return to lock position,
1/2 way between 1 and 2.

How could I solve it? Who could help me? It will be appreciated much.

Mach3 software isn't the problem.

Your CNC lathe is junk.
