chevelier SEM encoders?

I have a dynapath bed mill with anilam 1100 control that the x axis quit giving position feedback. The motor is a SEM m97-77992 40lb dc motor. I cannot find for the life of me a source for the encoder off the end of this motor. Any leads would be greatly appreciated as I need to get it back up and running.

Do you have any info off of the encoder itself?

The ones I have on SEM motors are DRC 40mm dia syncro mount, Hengstler and Koyo make similar models.
