Control Software for FET 3 System

I'm looking for some software to increment my step motors. I have a FET 3 system from stepperworld but I'm not using the 3 motors in a traditional X,Y,Z setup so normal CNC software hasn't been able to do the trick for me. Does anyone know of software that I can just input the number of steps I want each motor to move and hold the motors there? Thanks
