Yasnac i80m no DC control circuit power

We have a Moriseiki MV40B with yasnac control. Machinist went into X axis overtravel. Could not reset servodrives like he normally does. Once he powered machine down, we now have no control power to the operator panel start button. Limit switches,e-stop button is good. Have AC source power to DC power supply, but Power on LED will not come on. Is there any other switches or conditions that could keep the control circuitry from coming on? Or could the DC power supply actually be defective?
    Thanks

    dc control

the micro-switch itself may have shorted and is causing the power supply to be drawn down ... take everything loose that supply is outputting to ... is it back up ? if so .. reconnect each output 1 at a time.. jumper them in till you find the one thats drawing it down ... im thinking its the emerg. monitor string .. re... limit short .. lol ...have fun ... jim
