Error when trying to run NCLink on Windows 7

I installed NClink on Windows 7 to use it for drip feeding but I get an error.
The same installer installs perfectly fine on XP machines but even though it installs on W7 the program doesn't work on a Windows 7 machine.

When NCLink starts it goes through the ad screens just fine but when it gets to the last one and you click it to start the NCLink program it displays a "Failed to create empty document" error and quits.

I tried changing the ONCLinkF2k.exe file compatibility to run on XP SP3 mode and I also made it run as administrator. I made TMP and TEMP folders in C in case it was trying to write to a temp folder that didn't exist.

I have run out of ideas to try to make it run on Windows 7. Anyone has any idea why this is happening?

    Thanks,

    Jeff.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem? I just downloaded this program to try it out on a Mag-Fadal 4020 and I get the same error message.
