    Angry ABERLINK CMM HAS PROBLEM

    Dear All,

Is there any one using this ABER LINK brand CMM Machine. We have bought one unit in 2008. Since the day one we are facing accuracy and repeatability issue. The supplier had done many repairs and improvements in the machine and software but they couldn't solve the issue so far. The error is up to 40 Microns. It looks like their supplier in Malaysia is surrendered and now a days even avoiding our phone calls. Does any one have similar experience with this machine? My advice to you all, please rethink and evaluate this machine if you have a plan to buy this brand.

    Hello

This machine did have a problem, this customer did not pay! Even though they had not paid for the machine in full, Aberlink, the manufacturers, persuaded the agent to fix the machine, which they did! Of course, once a problem is resolved the customer isn't so quick to post notices...............

Aberlink, an independent manufacturer of CMMs in the UK, export all over the world and this occurrence is very rare.
