monitor stopped working - Heidenhain TNC 310

Monitor on my mill with Heidenhain TNC 310 control stopped working. It's blink for a while from time to time.
Any suggestions how can I fix it?

Same with us. We could not fix it & as far we could find out you can't attach any external monitor.
We are ordering a replacement from Heidenhain.
