Hi there, I have a problem on Mazak H15 with 4th Axis with Alarm 259 PS DRIVE MALF. (Index T). The termal relay is normally close and there is no problem with relay or heat, even the next day by turning on the machine after referencing all the axis (X,Y,Z) by start to turn 4th axis the alarm appears. Has any one face the same problem or has experience with this alarm??? Please advise me to remedy the problem. Thank you. Karsue  |
