Hi, The machine is a Mazak Slant Turn 15 Universal 1000 with a Fanuc 6T Control (year 1983) After it's been turned on, the MOTOR Alarm Light comes on (On the controller). It can come on at start up or at any given time after start up, but usally within 15 minutes. When the MOTOR Alarm is on, the TACHO LOSS led comes on on the board in the rear cabinet. At that time, I can still move the axes but I cannot perform a tool change. The hydraulic pump is still running. Is it possible that it is loosing the Tacho Signal from the Hydraulic Pump? Is there such a thing? Thank You! Alain  |
