I have a Gerber Sabre Router 408 . I have had to replace a curcit board 5 times in one month . We have grounded it to the building but are still having shock probs. We are getting no error messages .

Any comments or help would be great

You need to test the effectiveness of both your service ground and the validity of any ground conductor from your machine to the service ground.
This can be done by a qualified electrical company.
Make sure the whole machine has bonding conductors from all metalic parts of the machine back to the enclosure where the service ground should terminate.
It sounds like your machine is 'floating' above ground reference.
