Does anyone know of a good vacuum router bed design. I don't consider Carter pods a good design. ( in some ways it's ok ) I have designed a table myself and it has been in use for about 6 years now and it works ok. What i am really looking for is some advance ideas for shutting vacuum on and off on the table port holes. Pods that i use have no hoses attached to them. All the vacuum is thru the table. The table has many holes that are now plug with rubber plugs. I hope this kinda makes sense.

| This sounds like the vacuum table I am making right now. Check out my post in the wood router section on the vacuum clamping post.
