No Files on Router

Hello
I am experience a difficulty with my CNC Multicam Router. My computer is connected to the router and everything seems to be working fine, except when I go to run the job...there is no list of jobs that I've sent to my router. Usually there is. I've rebooted my computer, shut the machine down. Brought everything back up and resent the job. Still no job on the router...and fully connected to it.

Do you know what could be causing this problem?? or How do I get my jobs back onto the router??

Any help will be very appreciated!!!

Thanks so much

Is "jobserver" the multicam software that you are using? Looking for folders at your machine, like Jobs1, Jobs2 etc...? If so, right click the little butler looking guy in your taskbar, (if he isn't there, then Jobserver isn't running and it needs to and that might be your problem) click DNC on the menu that appears after right-click, and ensure that the file location directory listed in the DNC window is the one where you are sending your job files to. If not, click the button to the right of the window, and browse until you find it. Click it and then click "reset DNC" and you should be good to go.

I've seen this happening when you swich router driver on your computer.
Some people run two different machines and swich drivers all the time to save program.
