Need Help! MAKINO CHIPS IN SPINDLE - CNCzone.com-The Largest Machinist Community on the net!

Recently our company bought 7 Makinos and we are having issues with chips coming into spindle which are causing problems on tools with less tolerance.

And MAKINO ENGG. have no idea how to fix it ,its been hit and trial going on by them so far with no positive results.
If any body had the same issues ,how you guys fixed it please reply.

Is there an air blast through the spindle when it changes tools?

its there but not much, they even replaced a few things on spindle but chips still get into the spindle
