Any chance of a reamer handling .025"? Of course this is only .0125" on each side. I know that is a big cut, I have always went with no more than .010". Any opinions? Oh ya, cutting a soft casting. Thanks.

| The more you cut, the more likely the reamer will cut oversize, and chips may score the hole. If you "peck-ream" with complete retractions, you may be able to prevent scoring the hole. I like your first impression of .010. That's comfortable, if the reamer is in the 1/4" range on up.
