im using a 1984 bridgeport cnc at my vocational school and whenever the machine rapids on Z it alarms out and I lose my X0 and Y0 and have to start my program all over...any solutions??

switch the z axis card with another axis card and see if the error changes to that axis...if so you probably have a bad resistor on that board
