Multi port Upload down load DNC

I now have 30 CNC Mills and laths. I have a upload down load system with multi ports.
I want to call up my required program from the machine and to send old program back to computer from the CNC controller. I can do this with up to 4 machines but when I open up the computer program and each machine directory I can only have 4 machines available .If I open more I get a Alarm on my computer saying it cannot open more. I think I need differant soft ware, One guy said a computer with more memory. Whats out there that will not break the bank for software. I had One software supplier in and they wanted 20,000 for it. Any Ideas here?

What is your definition of DNC?

If you need to do Direct Numerical Control (Drip Feed), then how many machines simultaneously?

If your CNC program memories are large enough to hold your complete program in CNC memory, then what are your memory size ranges, and what are your progam size ranges?

How many programs per day do you send to each machine?

How many files do you send to the computer vs files to the machines?
