fanuc 0m-B troubles

We got 911, ram parity error on start up, and te fix that, we had to start the machine with reset+del? key to boot, but now we lost parameters.
Got parameters loaded and diagnostic parameters and 900 parameters loaded, but now we get "Not Ready" flashing all the time, and the control is stuck in MDI mode. Cannot go ot auto, edit, or manually move the machine with the MPH or keys. Some buttons like single block work, and i can see it flip binary in the diagnostic page.
Tried everything with the E-stop.

Any ideas what this could be? What should we try?

Sounds like the Parameters are still not fully loaded.
Sometimes during Loading you will get an alarm 000 Power off..

You have to Ignore this alarm and then Relaod the Parameters Again.

The First time a Power off Parameter is Changed you will get this alarm and Loading will stop...

To finish the rest of the Parameters you have to re-start and re-load again..
