I'm sendig this post to ask if someone can help me to solving some problems i'm having at my university project.
Can someone help me to input and output programs in SINUMERIK 810T, i have the cable rs232 and the software, but i don't know how to do in control 810t
Can someone explain me step by step?

Providing your communications protocols are set up. in jog mode press:

data in out --> Data-in start

in the top right hand part of the screen you should see the letters DIO appear. this means that the control is waiting for the DNC to begin.

Send the code. as you do you should see the available memory counter go down. you you get an error your transfer protocols probably aren't set up right or the transmission speed isn't set right. My control seems to like 600baud best.
