Hi everyone. I've been working on a Daewoo DMV3016 with Fanuc control. After I start up the machine, there is a message saying "Spindle Tool Clamp/Unclamp Alarm." There is no tool in the spindle, nor can I get one in. It also looks like the tool change arm is not in its zero position, but maybe a half an inch outward. Anyone know how to solve this problem? | Get direction from your manufacturer. It sounds like the draw bar needs adjustment or is bad. |
