I am using a Sure Survo AC servo controler from Automation Direct with CNCZeus and an old DOS PC for my pulse and direction signal. When the comand is to move positive x direction it is fine, but to the negative x I get totally erratic responses. If I use the PC's jog function it will move way too far to the left and not move smoothly, if I have it execute a program it is also way off. The Sure Survo's jog function works just fine. I have also hooked this computor up to my old Gecko Drive controlled system and it works fine. Any ideas?? I am totally stumped.
Can anyone help me with how a direction high or low from my PC might affect the step signal?
