Ge 1050 -need help

I have an old B&S 1000vc with a Ge 1050 mCCm control on it.I cant get it to read any tapes-I have intermittent trouble with the sint1c card talking to the sint2 card and the led on then ram card lit.The control will not come up with the 4plug connected to the sint1 card-it will come up with it unplugged.Prior to today,the diagnostic tape would load if the load requst was preformed manually(gounding pin 5 on the backplane out).Im kinda stuck-anyone got any insight on this beast?Im also looking for a Tulip memory card for this control and have lots of spare parts to trade ect-Any help would be appreciated.
