Hi everyone, I am very new to the cnc world and have just built a mill/router machine, My problem is SPEED, I am using m6 threaded bar for my screw, 2.5 amp motors and drivers, 13.8 volts power supply,direct drive and using Mach3, my top speed with quiet motors is 212 mm per minute, can anyone tell me is this the best I can expect with this set up, If I should get more speed can anyone please tell me how.
