v2xt not booting

I have a v2xt sx machine. Changed the clock battery and also the 4 AA batteries with the power off. Now I get a machine failed error -1 executive loading failed. Someone told me I lost the fmdc parameters and need to reload. I do not have a boot disk. Can somebody help?
