I incurred an issue with a Trumpf Laser. A CNC program generated using TruTops 100 was loaded in the laser. At point in the program, the whole layout shifted in the X axis. We have looked at the program and the coordinates all check fine. It ran fine on another laser when we ran it. This one particular laser did the shift on successive sheets before we found the issue. We are thinking that something happens at that same location when the machine gets to that area. Looking at the code in the program proves the program is correct. Anyone have any comment on what could be the problem? Any comments will be appreciated. |
