problem with a trumpf 200 nibbler and bosch controller ...machine started to punch hard with the multi tool leaving embossments ...replaced controller software and it fixed the problem for a short while ...if the first sheet was run (subsequently damaging it) then the second sheet would run fine...this is with .063 and higher AL ...tried go block to the last line that featured m25...punch code ...load sheet and then it was fine for a while now that is not working out ..any suggestions ...would extra memory help anyone else have this problem ....thanks in advance Hammy  |
