Need Help!- Fanuc power input unit (A16B-16000090/05B) ALM LED (RED)

Dear all

Please help me to fix the problem in my cnc machine.
When switching on machine is not power up. I found the ALM LED (red color) of the input power unit (A16B-1600-0097/05B) is turning on after 2 sec of switching on machine of course green LED is continuously glowing.

Even if i switch on by removing CP2 connector which is going to Main power supply of system chassis still same is happening.

Kindly help me to solve this problem to keep running my machine.

there may be short circuiting to the connected terminals. if it is not so then find the main phase supply.is it ok then open the unit. check the regulating section by testing it on test points. however there is another forum on which you can post your query and they may help you
