Need Help!- AXYZ 6010 router problems

I have some questions about a problem that I've been having with my AXYZ 6010 router. If you or anyone else you know either owns the same model machine and has experience troubleshooting with it and could explain why some things are happening to mine then we need to talk. It would be a huge help to me as I tend to rip my hair out running it sometimes. Thanks!

Don't know if I can help I am pretty new I bought an old 6010 and am just learning it myself but it is worth a try. What is your issue. And do you by chance know how to manually reset the Z axis back to 0,0 at the material surface after manually changing bits?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to recapture the 0,0 surface setting after changing a bit. You have to set the surface again and pick up where you left off since it's almost impossible to put a new bit into the collet at exactly the same depth as the one that was in there.

Can you tell me how to reset the surface? I have my program set so that it automatically pauses for me to change bits. I can't seem to figure out how to set the surface for the new bit. I have tried using the function 8 code to set the surface Z but it doesn't register and continues the program with the original setting.

I just bought a 4008 AXYZ machine and am looking for the user manual for setting this thing up. It's using the old AMC controller. Any help would be appreciated!!

I work at a business in MA. The Axyz 6010 router we have needs some service but I don't know where to find a technician locally who can come and fix it. Does anyone know who I can contact to do this?
