Mazak 3l, running on fanuc 5t, has been for the last 2 weeks randomly playing up. The problem has been x and z axis running in opposite direction when in G00 mode, that is in rapid. When it happens , both axis play up at the same time. At times it will rapid away from job, lucky, but when rapid into job, not so lucky. Would anyone have an idea what could be the cause. Thanks in advance  |
