Unhappy Extra chracters inside the recieved program!!

This problem I got when I was trying to do program transfer in Siemens 820D, The transfer was working without any failure but when I checked the program, i could find some extra characters at the beginning (received program is attached with this thread)

Is there something I need to do with machine controller?? or is it some thing to do with my cable/ connectors?? Please anyone guide me onthis.

Thank you............

I have an Hit 8s when I transfer the program to my computer I get the same added character but strip them out before I transfer back to the machine. You need the %MPF at the beginning as in my sample. Hope this helps. BTW I use bobcad for transfers.
