Turn Off Dry Run with M code or G code

Let me Introduce my self, I am Agung and i worked as an engineer in autocomp manufacture. I want to know, is there any M or G code which can turn off dry run mode, while run the machine ?

IF ([switch code) = 1] , message " SWITCH XXX is ON", M00

The only logical action you would want to take is to direct the program to either program stop or generate an alarm.
Any other action would/could result in serious problems, imagine trying to drill a hole with the machine running in dry run mode and the dry run speed set high, or with the speed set to zero, then nothing would get done.
