Need 24 volt signal out of fanuc 16m

Is there anyway that i could get some 24volt signals out fanuc 16m controller during the cycle end (exactly saying only during the cycle end!!!).

The closest thing I can think of without changing the ladder etc, is to tap off or monitor the Cycle Start Lamp output, usually this is 24vdc already.
If you just need a pulse to occur when the cycle ends then you would need to add a little external logic circuit to take care of it.
The best solution is if this is written into the ladder, but that may not be an option seeing where you are located.

Unhappy

Thanks for the suggestion Al, but this particular machine is a very old SNK machine and it doesn't have a Cycle start lamp (ie Stacklight ), anyway I have tapped a cycle start signal from cycle start push button LED (Illuminted push button) which gives me 24 volt signal when cycle is started and it goes off when the cycle is ended, but the problem is when you go for a feed hold or when a M00 comes in the program this signal goes off that give me false information that cycle is ended.

As you said no way its possible for me to edit the ladder, It will be better if you tell me if there is any relays or any other output which gives me 24volt only during the M30.

I have checked in the electrical diagram but no hope.

A long shot, if you can view the ladder or have a hard copy is to look for the Fxxx.x register bit that is sent over from the CNC as RWD, I don't have the BMI manual for the 16 here but the 15 shows F000.0 as the rewind bit, if there is a string in the ladder with this designation then it may lead to a physical output that you can tap into.
It looks like parameter 3001 #2 should be set to 1 for end of memory program, in place of end of tape.
Again, a long shot.

Now the situation is like this, This is one of my customer's machine and I am not even allowed to change the parameter (leave the Ladder..) and this machine is such critical that am not getting it for 10 min, and am doing my job during the break time. So what I have decided is to go with MACRO-B (punching some characters through the RS232 when the M30 is executed) but this too failed when the system got hung during the execution of M30, I even tried to call the macro using the G65 Pxxxx but that line was not even getting executed, I hope this has something to do with the RS232 port, Well I hope could make it work tomorrow Thanks Al for your Help.

Can you get your hands on a hard copy of the ladder?
If so you could see if there are any unused M codes that register a particular output, or even adapt an existing output in some way.
