We have 2 turbo microfine conveyors running on 2 mori horizontals cutting 6061 aluminum, 1 works just fine and the other has been getting large amounts of chip contamination in the coolant we have compared the 2 and they seem to be set up the same. Does anyone know what i'm missing?

what did you find to be the problem with the one
