Moog Toolchanger

Iam having trouble changing tool it will do the cycle but the hand will not extend all the way out to the spindle and grab the tool , the machine is a moog s-24 cnc, any help would be great.

does it sound like the arm is blowing air for a second , because that gripper is air driven and those little air lines fall off inside the arm.........

The plastic air tube, that operates the air cylinder, was crimped inside the arm, the last time that happened to me. Pretty tight fit. Good luck.
