Burney Phantom ST Version 4.3

I have foam cutting machine with controller Burny Phantom ST, Version 4.3. It is boot-up and I can jog the machine XY axis. But I can't load or run any files. Everytime it is struck @ help menu. It doen't move from help menu.

It is greatly appreciate some one who can help me on this.
