hello everyone,

I'm French and I have a MDX-20 with Windows 7 but I've got a serious problem:

After buying 5 differents cables (prolific, FTDI and so on..) , my MDX doesn't work, the "com" are ok but it works 10 seconds and...Nothing, it seems like if the PC erase the data during the session , during 10 seconds.
I asked my dealer and Roland but nobody know.

can you help me please! I'm not very god on Windows (I work with MaOSX) but I think I did more than my Roland's dealer...
