Hello all! I am a tech in Calgary who is troubleshooting an Aviator XLT plasma table with a Burny 1250 Plus controlling it. It goes through the boot up tests fine. It will load a program but when you start it there is an E-stop error. Also the machine will not Jog as the E-stop error is present. I have tested the E-stop circuit and the driver board is getting the 30dc + on the gray wire from the bridge rectifier when the button is in the normal run position. There is no external connection the the relay board e-stop input. Do you know of more tests I can run or perhaps a common reason the e-stop is halting the jog when the stop button is not pressed? It appears the gray 30vdc+ wire leaving bridge rectifier 2 (BR2) that is powered by the e-stop switch) powers the two fuses on the driver board. The power to those fuses goes on and off with the e-stop switch. So I don't think it has to do with that emergency switch directly. Thank you!
