Need Help!- PC to Fanuc proper actions.

Has anyone here transferred programs from pc to Fanuc Oi? I am curently working with Hartford Omnis VMC- 1270. Recently I get to work with Fanuc Oi controls (Same with the Doosan lynx lathe)- and I have never seen more complicated control. I worked with Haas and Heidenhain controls- that was easy as pie. But here I have this Fanuc and I don't even know the file extension that he is able to read as instead for heidenhain it was (.H). I would appreciate any suggestions which buttons to press on the control to get the program and save it in the memory. Please please help- desperate! The interesting fact was that in the manual all this is located under chapter 8.5 but in the contents the last chapter is 8.4 and then comes 9th chapter. There are so many mistakes. So pissed!

Programs must be ASCII text. Extension doesn't matter. (.txt, .nc, .cod, .prg)
Must look like this:

O1234 (PROGRAM COMMENT OK HERE)

Send PC > CNC:

1. EDIT mode
2. PROG function
3. [<OPRT>]
4. >
5. Type in program number if you want it to be different than what's in the program, i.e.: O2234
6. [READ]
7. [EXEC]
8. Send program from PC

Send program CNC > PC

Get PC ready to receive first, then:

1. EDIT mode
2. PROG function
3. [<OPRT>]
4. >
5. [PUNCH]
6. [EXEC]
