Need Help!- Cincinnati Arrow 1000 Not Starting

My Cincinnati Arrow 1000 (Siemens Acramatic 2100 control, Windows NT 4.0 SP6) is not starting up. I power it on, and all seems well, it goes through the OS Loader, and I get the blue Windows NT screen, but when it comes to loading, I only get a black screen (or sometimes a red striped screen) and a little white blotch near the center right of the screen. I tried hooking up the hard drive to another computer and it booted perfectly, which leads me to believe that it is not the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It seems like the battery on the PC board is dead!

You will have to replace it. You can get it at Radio Shack.

However, you will need to set some setting in the bios to get it working again.
I can tell you what they are. I have a 1000 and a 500 here next to me.
