Described here is a very efficient process for (hand-)making latex pants, which would be trivial to adapt to CNC. Now if there's an easy way--and there might be--to put in the sizing numbers, or better yet to just scan the person directly and have the sizing numbers generated, this could be a good process for CNC-created clothing - for multiple materials and clothing types. Anyone work in the garment industry? How much do they use CNC cutting generally? |
