Can't some of these be converted or traced in Corel?
I have Corel, but haven't used it much. I know it would still need lots of cleanup.
Just thought I'd give it a shot.

you r right jfc1. but i dont like vine leaf in it. it not look natural and itb looks as it is of OAK leaf...
