    Red face Mayan calendar

I dont imagine any of you have this drawing in dxf.
I would like to reproduced it with a v-cutter , its quite a job to clean it up .

Some peoples think the world will end in 2012 as this calendar ends on that year.... hurry.

Not a dxf but g-code files. Similar if not exact same design.

The calandar turned out pretty cool, my cnc table isnt big enough to handle the full size version. When I converted it to g code it only came out to 75k lines of code

    Red face mayan calendar toolpath

    I ve tried creating a toolpath with bob-cad ver. 23 (v-carve).
After about an hour of computing time with no result I gave it up.
How long does it take to create . I would like to have a maximum size. My home made cnc router is only 19 inches on Y,and max speed of 50 in per min.
Can anyone approximate the creation time of the toolpath and how long to actually v-carve this?
I realize this is quite a large file but would like to get it done before the end of the world...

It was telling me there was some unclosed entities (or similar message)though, but that had happen before and was computing the toolpath anyway.

If I recall correctly, not more than two minutes in V Carve Pro, probably closer to a minute.

After some cleaning of the file , I was able to create the toolpath in about the same time, even if I still get a( not closed entities message)....another myan mystery.

Is Mayan Calendar the new Harley Davidson?

Not so long ago everyone was making Harley logos. Now all I see are requests and pics of Mayan Calendars.
