I in the process of getting a Leadwell MCV 760E running in my shop. I purchased the machine as a basket case. I have got power to machine, powered it up, and sounds as if servos are starting but my problem is the monitor is not coming on. Any guidance from here for testing would be great.
I have a Leadwell MCV-550E that I just replaced the FR-SE with a Hitachi and have been researching replacing the CRT with a Lcd monitor. My CRT monitor still works but I would like the availability for switching from mill to windows for dnc programs with just one screen. From what I have researched it looks like a pain to do because the cable has the keypad wires in it also. It is cable CG13 on page 313 of manual BNP-A2550 I believe. There is a contrast adjustment, VR1 on the GX02 card that may make it brighter. Ill post if I come up with anything more.
