    Need Help Mach 3 and Galil?

    I have a galil 1830 card in a 2 axis machine can i use this mach3 software to run my galil card?

    yes. and they work well!

    go to artsoft site and download their latest plugin. read their plugin notes carefully!
    make sure you load galil smarterm on your pc and get the galil to talk to your pc with it properly first! smarterm is a free download off the galil site. download the manual for your card and set everything up carefully by the manual. it is relatively straightforward but use the instructions!
    mach 3 and galil is an amazing combination from my recent testing on ac and dc servos in both speed and position modes.
    so much to learn, so much to pass on.
