Hello I'm using a Shuttle Xpress to control Mach on a lathe. Everything is working smoothly except the X-axis is going the wrong direction. Or at least seems the wrong way, clockwise on the shuttle feels like it should feed the tool in (towards the center of the part, X-Zero.) I'm using a front tool post with the X-Axis zero on the center and plus as the part diameter increases (tool moving back towards the user) Any way to reverse the direction of a shuttle on one of the axis ??? Thanks Woodrat |

| Well My problem was slightly different, it moved left and right (actually in and out) but opposite to the direction I'd have thought. Turns out when they wrote the pendant code they made clockwise turn move positive and ccw neg. no way to reverse it. I've had the problem you describe before on the router, seems to me I had to change something in the ports and pins (might have been the dir pin setting) Mooser |
