anyone have the pendant from texasmicrocircuists?

Hi, I'm thinking about getting a pendant to control my mill. I'm considering the one from texasmicrocircuits on ebay.

Has anyone purchased this? Is it as easy to configure as they say? What's good and bad about it. Would you buy it again?
