feed override keys

what replaced the feed override keys in Mach3 ( { } in Mach 2)
or is there an easy way to assign keys for speed override
I am not a programmer so leave the kid gloves on for this one

i just need a simple key press for up and down

On the standard Mach3 screen F10 and F11 control feedrate override.
