    Can't get plugin to work

I'm not having any luck getting the Galil plugin to work in mach3.

I downloaded Mach3 R2.0.024 and the Galil IO plugin and am getting these errors:

Could someone give this plugin a try and see if it loads properly please?
    Linky to Mach downloads
I'm not sure if I am using the correct mach version or am missing something else.
Maybe the file on the website is corrupt?
Maybe I have to purchase the software for it to work?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Got the same errors, even after upgrading to the latest version. I posted it on the Yahoo group, and will let you know when I see a reply.

Art said I could be geting the error because I don't actually have a Galil installed. I'm assuming you do have one?? If you do, you should contact Art to find out what the problem might be.

    Thanks for your help Gerry.

No I didn't have the controller connected at the time.
I was hoping to send the output to a file and run it later on the computer that is built into the machine. I don't think the machine's computer has enough storage or memory to run Mach3 directly on it.
I'll hook up directly to the controller and give it another try.
Even if it only works when connected directly would be a giant leap in the right direction.

OK I installed the Galil driver dmcdriverdll02 from Galil's download page.
    The plugin initializes properly now.
I'll try connecting to the controller when I get a chance and post the results.

I never did get this connected to the control. Not through any fault with the software though.
The Galil card is buried under a PC104 computer and uses the PC104 ISA interface to communicate, so I can't connect to the controller directly. It turns out that the PC104 computer doesn't come close to the requirments to run Mach3 directly on it. The machine needs to retain it's current functions so I can't risk further experiments with it. So my fun with this Galil has come to an end for now.

Thanks for helping me out Gerry.
