    Mach3 for robot pallet pool.

I am considering building a 20 pallet changer for my haas using a PC based software. My question is can Mach have a quadrant for each pallet and can i have Mach communicate with my Haas mill?
Will it work or can it be done.

    Thanks

    Yes,

If you know how to get your Haas control to output, and input digital signals, ( and/or mabey analog depending on how your doing your pallet control ), you can hook it to a Pallet controller.

If Haas supplies "Pallet" change M codes, and you can get into the parameters, in where you can have it give you the type of control signals you want, and your able to give it back the type of control signals it wants, you could do it.

You could also do a simple pallet changer with a PLC, and HS counter/motion driver.........

in the end, it will be how much, time/money you want to dump....
