tapered hole

hello all,
i am new to this site and hope someone can help.
ihave been searching here but have not had any luck. i am looking for a wizard to mill tapered holes. something i can enter the surface hole diameter and the bottom of the hole diameter the the hole depth. and mach will wiz up the code for me. so if i have missed it on here i'm sorry and if someone knows of this wizard could they please post a link to it thanks.

ok so between this site and 2 other hobby sites i belong to i still can not fide i tapered hole wizard for mach3 mill. is there any body who charges to write wizards?
